I love all of these tips! Thank you so much for sharing this with us. I think the hardest part for me is negative thinking and sleep. I've work very hard of the last few months on mindfulness and mediation to help bring myself to a clearer state a being. It's not easy, but I can already tell that it's worth it.

A book that really helped me learn to ground myself and thoughts was Walk Like a Buddha By Lodro Rinzler if anyone is interested. It's basically a meditation guide for drunk college students and it's one of the funniest self help guides I've ever read in my life.
